PT Mustika Ratu Tbk (MRAT) completed a deed of sale (AJB) transaction in the form of a sale of 99,701 m2 of land assets in Cibuntu Village, Cibitung District, Bekasi regency, West Java province to PT Bangun Estetika Lestari worth Rp 199,402,000,000 on Friday 25 November 2022.

Finance Director of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk, Jodi Andrea Suryokusumo said " The sale of these assets can improve the company's performance in the short term.

The use of this divestment fund is for business development by means of product innovation, sales and marketing activities to expand export destination countries, and expansion of the Taman Sari Royal Heritage Spa franchise network domestically and globally.
